Rachel has previously worked with individuals in various outpatient settings such as primary care, OB/GYN and Lifestyle Medicine to include metabolic health and nutritional counseling.

Rachel has experience evaluating and managing mood disorders, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Her clinical approach is comprehensive to include mood related symptoms impacted by menstrual disorders, the perinatal and postpartum periods, perimenopause and menopause.

Rachel's evaluations include the consideration of how hormones and lifestyle (nutrition, sleep and movement) may be impacting an individual's diagnosis and well-being. Hormones play a central role in regulating the neuroendocrine system, meaning they directly impact how we think, feel, and even form beliefs. Her approach is to provide informed care and shared decision making with recommendations that feel safe, heard and sustainable.
