Rachel has over twenty years of experience providing health care to individuals and their families. She is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with dual certification as both a Family and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and has completed advanced perinatal mental health training through Postpartum Support International.
Rachel has worked in numerous outpatient settings primarily focused on perinatal care to include mood disorders, trauma, grief, anxiety and depression. She has also has experience helping navigate the hormonal transitions postpartum and during perimenopause. She has trained and counseled extensively in the field of Lifestyle Medicine and recognizes that our nutrition, social support, movement and sleep are also integral parts of our mental well-being.
Rachel views her time with clients as a privilege and honors the role to form a partnership during a vulnerable time in their lives. She is an advocate both of therapy and medication management and will provide a safe and supportive environment to work together with you. Rachel’s role is to provide the guidance and clarity to help empower and to support the best decision and tools for the individual and family.
