Individual Counseling
A Collaborative Approach
Individual Counseling provides a confidential, supportive space to explore concerns, clarify goals, and work toward meaningful change. Therapy is a collaborative process that begins with understanding your unique experiences, needs, and priorities.

Our therapists use a multi-faceted, evidence-based approach, drawing from cognitive, trauma-informed, solution-focused, client-centered modalities, and EMDR (select therapists only). This flexible approach allows us to individualize treatment and meet you where you are, rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model.

At the core of our work is a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, rapport, and respect. All sessions are confidential and designed to support emotional safety.

The length and frequency of therapy vary by individual. Some clients benefit from short-term counseling, while others choose longer-term support. We generally recommend weekly sessions during the first 4–6 weeks to help build momentum and maximize effectiveness. Throughout treatment, we continually assess progress and adjust the frequency and duration of sessions based on your evolving needs.

Our goal is to provide personalized care that supports insight, resilience, and lasting emotional well-being.
