As a trauma-informed clinician, she is committed to creating a space that feels safe, attuned, and inclusive, where clients feel supported in exploring their internal experiences and can show up just as they are.
In her work, she integrates approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI), always tailoring the experience to align with each client’s goals, values, and needs. She believes that each person’s culture, values, and lived experiences are essential parts of the healing process and honors them in her work.
Her professional background includes experience in academia, military family support services, and housing transition services, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the challenges people face.
Pashyon also brings a personal understanding of life transitions as a spouse and a woman who began her motherhood journey while living abroad. She strives to ensure every client feels seen, heard, and understood, and feels honored to walk alongside you as you move toward healing, growth, and a greater sense of wholeness.
