She discovered her passion for supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood after becoming pregnant with her first child and realizing just how big of a transition it truly is.
As a mom of three, Lauren understands firsthand that this season can be beautiful, exhausting, joyful, and overwhelming—sometimes all at once. She brings compassion to the anxiety and mood changes, identity shifts, relationship stress, and invisible mental load that so often come with motherhood, offering a place where clients can show up exactly as they are. Lauren strives to empower clients to better understand themselves, trust their instincts, and feel more confident in the choices they make for themselves and their families.
Lauren believes therapy should feel supportive, relatable, and practically helpful in everyday life. Her style is collaborative and straightforward.
