Kelli is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over ten years of experience working within the mental health field. Her practice has included engagement with system- involved youth, couples, families, working professionals, college students, and community partners.
Kelli has experience treating a variety of mental health concern such as anxiety, depression,
relationship struggles, parenting, grief, loss and life transition. With a growing interest and
awareness of increased gaps in serving the Maternal Mental Health community, Kelli has received advance training in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International and the I.N.S.P.I.R.E. Method training specific to women of color and minorities through the Shades of Blue Project.
As a therapist, Kelli utilizes a person-centered, strength-based treatment approach with a mission to offer a safe, nonjudgmental, fun and a creative healing space where clients are supported, encouraged and feel welcomed to show up as they are, in the current space of their life journey. Kelli is mindful to acknowledge and honor the unique experiences each client holds within the therapeutic space.
Kelli has integrated methods such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Techniques, music, and yoga practices to create individualized treatment to address client needs. She values collaborative engagement to cultivate an environment where clients grow in their security to express themselves, both authentically and freely.
