Grief in the Body
An 8-Week Somatic Support Group

June 4 – July 23
Wednesdays
5:30 – 7:00 PM
Grief is a felt experience that lives in the body as a tender, bittersweet testament to what we've loved. This 8-week somatic support group is an invitation to tend to grief in its many forms with care, presence, and community.

Designed for those navigating the complex terrain of loss, this group welcomes individuals grieving the passing of a loved one, as well as those carrying reproductive and disenfranchised grief—such as miscarriage, secondary infertility, estrangement, or ruptured family relationships. These less visible types losses often go unspoken, yet they deserve to be honored and held just as deeply.

Through weekly 90-minute sessions, we will gather in a small, closed group of six participants, guided by a skilled facilitator. Together, we will explore gentle somatic practices, grounding exercises, and guided reflections to support emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and compassionate connection with self and others.

This group is not about fixing or moving on. It is about moving with—allowing space for what has been lost, and for what remains.

If you are looking for a space to bring your grief—whatever form it takes—and to be witnessed without judgment, you are welcome here.
Closed Group of 6 Participants + 1 Facilitator
