Francesca Rudden, LCMHC-A

Francesca is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate with a passion for supporting adults and couples navigating the unique challenges of all things parenthood. Her goal is to provide a supportive, affirming space for you to process anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, identity shifts, and the very real stress of managing work and family life. Additionally, Francesca works with parents experiencing fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, and perinatal mood disorders. She recognizes that these issues affect not only mothers or birth parents, but also their partners.

Before becoming a therapist, she spent years working in corporate IT, so she understands firsthand how demanding and overwhelming the intersection of career and parenthood can be. As a mother herself, she was drawn to this work after experiencing the mental and emotional impact of having children—and realizing how limited the support systems often are for new parents and families. That personal insight drives her passion to help others feel seen, supported, and empowered during this life-changing time.

Francesca is a strong believer in taking a client-centered approach to therapy, allowing the client to be the experts in their own lives. This approach, alongside a variety of modalities including CBT, Reality Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, helps to meet you where you are.

Having overcome many life challenges herself, Francesca is committed to creating a safe and empathetic space for clients to explore personal challenges and help discover the greatness that exists inside of them.
