Matrescence Retreat

Join us for a supportive and engaging event designed to help mothers reconnect with themselves and one another. Through reflection, shared stories, and experiential activities grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) theory, you'll explore the many roles you play as a mother while connecting with your inner mentor to cultivate greater confidence and grounding. Facilitated by Waypoint's clinical graduate student interns, Samantha Strom and Katie Peel, this gathering offers a welcoming space to build community, learn from other women's experiences, and feel supported in your motherhood journey.
