Designed for those navigating the complex terrain of loss, this group welcomes individuals grieving the passing of a loved one, as well as those carrying reproductive and disenfranchised grief—such as miscarriage, secondary infertility, estrangement, or ruptured family relationships.

About the event
Through weekly 90-minute sessions, we will gather in a small, closed group of six participants, guided by a skilled facilitator. Together, we will explore gentle somatic practices, grounding exercises, and guided reflections to support emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and compassionate connection with self and others.
