Your instructor

Nicole Varnado

Nicole has been practicing yoga for more than 10 years, including Hatha, Bikram, and Vinyasa. During her first pregnancy, she found prenatal yoga to be a beautiful way to connect with both her changing body and a community of pregnant people. It was during this time that she decided to become a yoga instructor. Nicole has completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training and a 90-hour prenatal teacher training.
