Michelle is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with 10 years of experience in the mental health field. Michelle has worked in multiple settings and roles providing mental health care to the community—most recently providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families. Michelle has experience treating a range of mental health concerns including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma, and grief/loss.

As a mother of three, she has experienced multiple pregnancy and postpartum challenges that have deepened her understanding of and passion for perinatal mental health. Michelle has had personal experiences with breastfeeding challenges, postpartum mood issues, and grief and loss. She has completed advanced perinatal mental health training through Postpartum Support International. She believes quality mental health care for mothers is essential and is committed to supporting all women and mothers who are struggling with their mental health.

Michelle offers a warm, welcoming space where you can develop a trusting therapeutic relationship. Her approach to therapy is individualized to your specific needs and goals. Michelle incorporates elements of strengths-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapies into her work.
