A Message from Kelly
Moms - no one talks about how HARD this is. But, I get it. Not only because I have extensive training and professional experience in the field of maternal mental health, but because of my own personal lived experience. I've dealt with postpartum depression and anxiety. I've dealt with my newborn requiring an unexpected stay in the hospital. I've dealt with breastfeeding issues. I've dealt with sudden loss. I've even dealt with ups and downs of adoption.
My professional and personal background has shaped my mission to help eliminate the suffering many moms silently endure. I believe moms can find fulfillment in themselves without guilt. I believe moms can learn to learn to cope and even flourish no matter what obstacles life throws at them. Because moms are tough! And sometimes it helps to learn skills to navigate the unexpected challenges in life so you are the best version of yourself. It's okay to take care of YOU! Being a mom is exhausting, demanding, and sometimes emotionally confusing! Not sure why you are feeling a certain way? I can help you sort it all out. Because I get it.
I've helped hundreds of women restore balance and find fulfillment in their lives. I'd be honored to help you too.
