Individual Counseling
A Collaborative Approach
Currently all our sessions are virtual but we look forward to providing in-person meetings again soon.
We will work together to identify your specific needs and goals for therapy. Our approach is multi-faceted, typically using modalities of cognitive, solution-focused, and client-centered strategies. Our therapeutic relationship is built on rapport and trust and sessions are confidential. The length of treatment varies by individual, some clients come for a few months, some longer. Generally we recommend coming for weekly sessions for the first 4-6 weeks to help your counseling be as effective as possible. We will continually evaluate the frequency and duration of treatment based upon your unique needs.
